PHMG disinfection mechanism
PHMG as a cationic polymer based on guanidine salts as its active substance. It can immediately deposit itself as a microscopically thin film on objects and surfaces. It isolates germs and bacteria while penetrating the cell wall and choking off the channels necessary for their survival.
